ReelGen Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 8, 2026
ReelGen ("we", "us") is an AI video creation app operated by V Gallant. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what control you have over it. The short version: we collect only what the service needs to run, we show no ads, we use no third-party tracking, and we never sell your data.
What we collect

What we don't do
- No advertising and no advertising SDKs.
- No third-party analytics or tracking.
- No sale or sharing of personal data for marketing.
- No use of your prompts or content to train AI models.
Processors we rely on
- Supabase — authentication (email, sign-in providers).
- Stripe — subscription payments.
- OpenAI — your prompt text is processed to write the video script. It is not used for model training per our API terms.
- Image and video generation run on our own infrastructure.
Retention & deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete Account. This immediately cancels any subscription, erases your identity with our authentication provider, and purges your projects, prompts, generated media references, and usage records from our servers. Videos saved to your device stay on your device. You can also request deletion by email (below).
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us and we will honor applicable requests.
Children
ReelGen is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Authentication uses signed tokens; media access uses signed, unguessable URLs. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the effective date above.
