ReelGen Terms of Service
Effective date: June 8, 2026
These terms govern your use of ReelGen, an AI video creation service operated by V Gallant. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
The service
ReelGen turns your text prompts into short videos using AI models (script writing, image generation, and video generation). Generation runs are metered per plan: Free (2 runs/day), Plus (5 runs/day), and Pro (unlimited, one run at a time). Limits reset at midnight UTC and unused runs do not carry over.
Your content
- You own your output. Subject to these terms and to the extent permitted by law, you own the videos you generate and may use them commercially.
- You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service: processing your prompts and reference images through our AI pipeline and storing your projects so the app can display and resume them.
- We do not use your prompts or content to train AI models.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ReelGen to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringes others' rights (including likeness and copyright), sexualizes minors, harasses, defames, or deceptively impersonates real people or events. We may suspend accounts that violate this. To report problematic content, email [email protected] or use Settings → Report a Problem in the app.
AI disclaimer
Generated content is produced by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or resemble other works. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Consumed generation runs are not refunded for failed or cancelled runs caused by user action.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete Account). Deletion cancels any subscription immediately and erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
